The procurements listed below are currently live and in the procurement phase. Offerors are invited to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Objectives (SOO) documents to fully understand the technical scope of work, evaluation criteria, and instructions for format and submission of proposals.

Expression of Interest (EOI) ATI-006: Identification of U.S.-based and Regional (Southern Africa) Commercial Trade Promotion Service Providers (TPSPs) to Facilitate Linkages Between Exporters and Buyers (Across Different Sectors) 

ATI is releasing an Expression of Interest (EOI) ATI-006 and Budget Template to support the implementation of USAID and Prosper Africa’s, Africa Trade and Investment (ATI) activity, Identification of U.S.-based and Regional (Southern Africa) Commercial Trade Promotion Service Providers (TPSPs) to Facilitate Linkages Between Exporters and Buyers (Across Different Sectors).

Please find answers to submitted questions here. There is no opportunity for direct communication between respondents and ATI during the live procurement; all questions should be submitted through the official process prior to the due date.

Responses must be submitted no later than 5PM (SAST) on December 6, 2024, via email to ATI_Procurement@dai.com copying ATI_Partnershipteam@dai.com. ATI will not be responsible for any incorrect subject line which may lead to the submission misdirection, rejection and/or omission.

NB: ATI funds will not support construction activities

In order to submit a proposal, offerors must have a UEID (Unique Entity ID) and at least initiated the process of registering in SAM.GOV (System for Award Management) see Quick start guide. If the UEID has not yet been issued, offerors should note that in the submission and update ATI at ATI_Procurement@dai.com once it is issued. Please limit file submissions to 10 megabytes or less. Issuance of this solicitation does not constitute a commitment, award, or engagement on the part of DAI nor does it commit DAI to any future commitment, award, or engagement. However, we will use responses submitted to assess whether procurement for these technical services is appropriate to meet USAID’s needs.

ATI is releasing a Request for Information (RFI) to support the implementation of USAID and Prosper Africa’s, Africa Trade and Investment (ATI) activity, “Trade Enhancing Services.

Questions must be submitted no later than 4 PM EAT/5PM SAST on November 15, 2024, via email to ATI_Procurement@dai.com copying ATI_Partnershipteam@dai.com. ATI will endeavor to respond to the questions within 3-5 working days on the ATI website https://www.atiprogram.com/.
